Consultation Services

Our consultation services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We aim to help clients better understand research peptides, laboratory applications, and current scientific literature. Our consultations do not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical advice.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital consulting services and the time reserved for each client, consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be:

Rescheduled to a new available date and time; or
Refunded at our discretion.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the appointment will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our side, we will gladly:

Reschedule your consultation at no additional cost; or
Issue a full refund where appropriate.

Customer Satisfaction

If you experience any issues with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We review all concerns individually and will work with you to reach a fair resolution where appropriate.
